Terms & Conditions of Service

These terms apply to all bookings made through citymoveparis.fr or directly with the service provider.

1. Service Provider

These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ERYH SASU ("the Provider") and any individual or company ("the Client") wishing to use our private chauffeur service.

2. Services Offered

ERYH SASU provides private chauffeur services in a Tesla Model Y, including:

• Transfers to and from Paris airports (CDG, Orly, Beauvais, Le Bourget)
• City rides in Paris and the Île-de-France region
• Long-distance journeys (on quotation)
• Hourly hire with dedicated chauffeur
• Event transport (weddings, galas, seminars)

Bookings can be made via the website, by phone, email or WhatsApp. All bookings constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all applicable taxes. The following fixed fares apply:

Long-distance and bespoke journeys are subject to a custom quotation provided prior to confirmation. Prices are those in effect at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Payment

Online deposit: A deposit may be required at the time of booking, processed securely through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited, Dublin, Ireland). Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Balance at journey end: The remaining balance is payable to the chauffeur upon completion of the journey, by card or cash (up to €1,000 for private individuals resident in France). Corporate clients may request payment by bank transfer within 30 days, subject to a purchase order.

Invoicing: A receipt or invoice is available on request. Corporate invoices are issued in the company name as provided at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation deadlines are calculated from the scheduled pick-up time:

No-show: A no-show is defined as the Client failing to appear at the agreed location and time without at least 2 hours' notice. In this case, the deposit is forfeited as a flat-rate cancellation fee.

Chauffeur delay: Should the chauffeur be more than 15 minutes late (excluding force majeure and exceptional traffic conditions), the Client may cancel without charge and will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellation procedure: Cancellations must be notified by phone (+33 6 95 24 95 78) or email (paris@citymoveparis.fr). The date and time of receipt of the cancellation request will be taken as reference. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable French consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to transport services provided on a specific date or within a specific period. By accepting these Terms and paying a deposit for a fixed-date booking, the Client expressly waives this statutory right. The cancellation policy in Article 5 applies instead.

7. Provider Responsibilities

ERYH SASU undertakes to:

• Provide a clean, roadworthy and comfortable vehicle
• Perform the service at the agreed time, subject to unavoidable traffic conditions
• Have a valid, licensed professional chauffeur at all times
• Hold professional liability insurance covering paid passenger transport
• Comply with the French Highway Code and all applicable regulations
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all Client information

The Provider's liability is limited to that of a passenger transport carrier under French law (Code des transports, articles L.3120-1 et seq.). It cannot be held liable for force majeure, the Client's own actions, exceptional weather, or unforeseeable traffic disruptions. In any event, liability is capped at the amount actually collected for the service. No indirect or consequential losses (missed flights, lost contracts, etc.) are covered.

Luggage: Clients are responsible for their own luggage. Items left in the vehicle will be held for 30 days and then handed to the relevant authorities.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Be present at the agreed location and time
• Provide accurate booking information (address, time, passenger count, luggage, flight number if applicable)
• Refrain from smoking, consuming strong-smelling food or alcohol in the vehicle without the chauffeur's agreement
• Respect the chauffeur and the vehicle — any damage caused by the Client will be charged at cost price
• Carry only luggage compatible with the vehicle (standard allowance: 1 cabin bag + 1 hold bag per passenger)

9. Complaints & Disputes

Any complaint must be submitted within 8 days of the service by email to paris@citymoveparis.fr or by registered post to the registered office address. ERYH SASU undertakes to respond within 15 business days.

Should an amicable resolution not be reached, consumer clients may refer their dispute to a French consumer mediator free of charge (see economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso).

These Terms are governed by French law. Any unresolved disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

10. Personal Data (GDPR)

Data controller: ERYH SASU, 50 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. Contact: paris@citymoveparis.fr.

We collect the following data solely for the purpose of executing the transport contract: name, email address, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time of service, and flight number where applicable. Data is retained for 3 years from the last service, in compliance with French accounting obligations.

Online payments are processed exclusively by Stripe Payments Europe Limited (Dublin, Ireland — stripe.com/privacy), PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No banking data ever passes through ERYH SASU's servers.

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at paris@citymoveparis.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

11. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties in respect of the services described herein and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.

Severability: If any provision is found invalid by a competent court, all remaining provisions remain in full force.

Amendments: ERYH SASU reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of booking applies.

Force majeure: ERYH SASU shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government decisions, pandemics, etc.) within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
